Model EF-1A - B-4177 Gluer & folder, used for single edge folding, cap.:1/8" to 1" board thickness and 12' length, board width from 3"" to 30". Mounted infeed side: driven 4" wide brush head for clean out before glueing. adj. holder for air blow-off line behind brush to assist with clean-out, adj. holddown belt, rubber padded feed belt (chain driven), capable of multiple glue applicators to dispense hot melt glue, Nordson HM Hot Melt Glue Unit mounted in base. After application, the piece is fed to a series of adj. folding rollers that fold the piece into shape. Drive motor: approx. 2HP, 230/460v, 3PH.
